RETURNS POLICY
REFUNDS
We offer refunds on all full priced items/orders.
If you purchased using a a discount code or during a sitewide sale, you will only be eligible for a store credit.
Due to health reasons we do not refund or exchange earrings or ear cuffs.
~ Eligible for refund if returned within 14 days of purchase
~ Refund will be credited to the original payment method
~ Items must be returned undamaged, unused and with all original packaging to be eligible for a refund
~ Items on sale are not eligible for refund
~ Shipping and handling charges are at the expense of the customer and are non-refundable
~ Sample sale items are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.
~ All international customs and duties charges are at the expense of the customer and are non-refundable. EL&RO JEWELLERY is not liable for any customs charges on order returned for unpaid customs.
Please note that all refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
EXCHANGES
~ 14 day exchange or store credit for items
~ Items on sale are not eligible for exchange
~ You can either exchange your item for a different size or items to the same value or alternatively you can request a store credit
~ Shipping and handling charges are at the expense of the customer and are non-refundable
~ Items must be returned undamaged, unused and with all original packaging to be eligible for an exchange

MADE TO ORDER
Made to order items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless it is found that the item has a manufacturing fault.
REPAIRS
As all items are different they will be treated on a case by case basis. Please email us at info@elrojewellery.com.au with further details and we can help you. Please note some repairs over 30 days old may incur a cost.
