Type: Casual (15-20 hours per week)

We’re a fast-growing, dynamic jewellery brand based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce & Dispatch Assistant to join our small but passionate team. This is an in-office role, so you’ll need to be local or able to commute.

This casual role is ideal for someone who loves a mix of hands-on work and digital tasks, and is excited to grow with a creative brand. We're looking for someone who wants to evolve with us, with the opportunity to step into a more permanent role as the brand expands. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Pick and pack daily orders
  • Deliver parcels to local carrier drop-off points when needed
  • Assist our jeweller with quality checking products
  • Assist with customer enquiries via email and live chat
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policy
  • Inventory management across all platforms
  • Support Shopify management
  • Assist with executing our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
    - Content creation
    - Contributing new ideas
    - Staying across trends
    - On-camera presence for content
