Our most-loved styles have a habit of selling out. Pre-ordering lets you secure yours before they arrive, so you don't have to hope they're still available on launch day.

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means you're purchasing an item before it arrives at our warehouse.

Rather than waiting until it's officially back in stock, you're reserving your pair in advance. Once your order arrives, we'll pack it up and send it your way as quickly as possible.

Ordering in-stock & pre-order items together
If your cart includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we'll hold everything and ship your order together once your pre-order is ready.

Need your in-stock pieces sooner? Simply place them in a separate order at checkout, and we'll send them on their way right away.

Dispatch dates are estimates - We'll always provide our best estimated dispatch date on the product page. While we work hard to meet these dates, occasional supplier or shipping delays can happen.

We'll keep you updated - If anything changes, we'll let you know via email.

Payment is taken at checkout - Your order is confirmed as soon as you complete your purchase.

FAQ's

When will my order be shipped? Each pre-order product includes an estimated dispatch timeframe on its product page. As soon as your order is ready, we'll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

What happens if I order in-stock items with a pre-order? If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we'll ship everything together once your pre-order arrives. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Can my pre-order dispatch date change? Occasionally, yes. While we do everything possible to meet our estimated dispatch dates, delays outside our control can sometimes occur. If this happens, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

Will I be charged straight away? Yes. Payment is taken at checkout to secure your items.

Can I cancel my pre-order? Once your pre-order is confirmed, it can't be cancelled.

That's because your items are immediately reserved for you from our incoming stock. As pre-orders are available in limited quantities, cancelling an order means another customer may have missed out on the opportunity to secure those pieces.
